Alternative Work Schedules. The County may, at its discretion, adopt alternative work schedules for employees at any work site or for any work unit. The County will give the employees and the organization five days notice of a change to alternative work schedule. The parties specifically acknowledge that employee schedules may be changed periodically during the year. Requests for schedule changes from employees shall be considered and a response provided. It is not the intent of this language to change the general scheduling practices of the County.
