If you choose to enroll as an Ambassador, you must enter into an AmbassadorAgreement with us and agree to abide by our Ambassador Policies and Procedures (the “Ambassador Policies”). An adult parent/legal guardian of a minor child who is at least sixteen (16) years of age or older may enroll such a minor child to be an Ambassador. In such cases, the parent/legal guardian must be a holder of the Ambassador account. To the extent that there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Ambassador Agreement, the Ambassador Agreement shall govern to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.
