Sexually Explicit Materials. No employee shall use the School’s Information Technology Tools or facilities to access, retrieve, store or transmit any sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic materials. • Installing Software. No employee shall install software or add wireless access points to the Lakeway network unless they have received authorization from the Lakeway IT Management. Employees may not knowingly use Tools to distribute pirated software or data. Under no circumstances will the School allow installation or development of any new software that may violate the license or terms of use of existing School software. • Uploading and Downloading Files. Confidential information of the School may never be posted on the Internet or forwarded to outside companies or individuals not authorized to receive such information. Employees may not upload or download any software, data or other materials owned by or licensed to the School without explicit authorization from the manager responsible for the software, data or other mate- rials. Any posting of any School-proprietary software, data or other materials must include appropriate copyright notices and legends to indicate the School’s proprietary interest. Any materials uploaded or attached to electronic messages must comply with all applicable export laws. • Author Identification and Disclaimers. No employees shall communicate under a false name or identity (e.g., to impersonate others). Every employee using Information Technology Tools shall identify himself or herself accurately and completely (including one’s School affiliation and function where applicable). Em- ployees using Information Technology Tools shall not give the impression that they are representing, giving opinions, or otherwise making statements on behalf of the School or any subsidiary of the School unless explicitly authorized to do so by School Management. • Lawful Use Only. No employees shall use Information Technology Tools to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. • The School reserves the right to limit or prohibit employee internet access for specific employees or groups of employees. This may include blocking access to specific web sites or downloads. • Any employee or student who discovers misuse of Information Technology Tools should immediately con- tact their supervisor or the Lakeway IT Department. Sexually Explicit Materials. Adult and child participants from Churches are prohibited from possessing any sexually explicit printed or online materials (magazines, cards, images, videos, films, etc.) at an RYM-sanctioned event. At RYM-sanctioned events when overnight sleeping arrangements include adults being in the same room as children, the following rules must be observed:

If appropriate, the student's parent/guardian will be notified and advised to seek professional counseling for their child. The Principal and Assistant Principal may meet with teacher(s) on a regular basis concerning the student. If the School believes it appropriate under all the circumstances of a particular case, the school may require the parent/guardian, as a condition of the student's continued education at St. Xxxx School, to sign a release authorizing and requiring the student's counselor and/or psychologist and the School to share with one another such information as the School believes necessary or advisable to protect and advance the best interests of the student and/or the other members of the St. Xxxx community. • Principal/Assistant Principal will investigate the alleged incident. • Parents/Guardians will be notified. • Principal informs the Pastor. • If the incident is substantiated, the student is given suspension, or expulsion. • Principal, with the school team, determines the length of suspension or possible expulsion. • If necessary, or advisable, a psychological evaluation is required to determine if a student may return to school. • Qualified personnel will facilitate discussion with students of the class or classes. • Police Department is contacted, if appropriate. • Criminal procedures will be sought at the determination of the Police working with the school team, if appropriate.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Use of Software Any software that is available on the Services ("Software") is the copyrighted work of Red Hat and/or its licensors. You may not create derivative works of the Software, or attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer the Software unless otherwise permitted by law.   • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession.   • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
