Amendable Date. This Agreement will continue in full force and effect through and including December 31, 2021 and will thereafter renew itself without change each succeeding January 1, unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended (the “Act”) by either party no earlier than 18 months prior to December 31, 2021 or any December 31 thereafter.

Amendable Date. This Agreement will continue in full force and effect through and including June 26, 2027 and will thereafter renew itself without change each succeeding June 26th, unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended (the “Act”), by either party hereto at least three (3) months prior to the Amendable Date, or successive renewal periods for any subsequent year thereafter. If written notice is provided by either party on or before March 26, 2027, the parties agree to commence negotiations in April 2027, in accordance with Section 6, Title I, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended.
Amendable Date. The amendable date of the 2005 Mechanics’ Agreement shall be January 1, 2010. Section XXVII of the 2005 Mechanics’ Agreement shall read in its entirety as follows: This Agreement shall become effective January 1, 2005 except as otherwise provided, and shall continue in full force and effect through December 31, 2009 and shall thereafter renew itself yearly without change each January 1st unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Title I, Section 6 of the Railway Labor Act by either party at least thirty (30) but not more than two hundred and seventy (270) days prior to December 31, 2009 or December 31 of any year thereafter.   • Acceptance Date The date the Department accepts a Deliverable or System in accordance with Section 7 below shall be deemed the Acceptance Date for each Deliverable or System.

  • Correction Period (1) End of correction period. The last day of the correction period for an Operational Failure is the last day of the second plan year following the plan year for which the failure occurred. However, in the case of a failure to satisfy the requirements of § 401(k)(3), 401(m)(2), or 401(m)(9), the correction period does not end until the last day of the second plan year following the plan year that includes the last day of the additional period for correction permitted under § 401(k)(8) or 401(m)(6). If a 403(b) Plan does not have a plan year, the plan year is deemed to be the calendar year for purposes of this subsection.

  • Execution Date This Settlement Agreement shall be deemed executed upon the last date of execution by all of the undersigned.

  • Extended Reporting Period If any required insurance coverage is on a claims-made basis (rather than occurrence), Contractor shall maintain such coverage for a period of no less than three (3) years following expiration or termination of the Contract.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.

  • Detailed Monthly Report Vendor shall electronically provide DIR with a detailed monthly report in the format required by DIR showing the dollar volume of any and all sales under the Contract for the previous calendar month period. Reports are due on the fifteenth (15th) calendar day of the month following the month of the sale. If the 15th calendar day falls on a weekend or state or federal holiday, the report shall be due on the next business day. The monthly report shall include, per transaction: the detailed sales for the period, Customer name, invoice date, invoice number, description, quantity, MSRP or List Price, unit price, extended price, Customer Purchase Order number, contact name, Customer’s complete billing address, the estimated administrative fee for the reporting period, subcontractor name, EPEAT designation (if applicable), configuration (if applicable), contract discount percentage, actual discount percentage, negotiated contract price (if fixed price is offered instead of discount off of MSRP), and other information as required by DIR. Each report must contain all information listed above per transaction or the report will be rejected and returned to the Vendor for correction in accordance with this section. Vendor shall report in a manner required by DIR which is subject to change dependent upon DIR’s business needs. Failure to do so may result in contract termination.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.

  • Removal After Your Tax Filing Deadline If you are correcting an excess contribution after your tax filing deadline, including extensions, remove only the amount of the excess contribution. The six percent excess contribution penalty tax will be imposed on the excess contribution for each year it remains in the IRA. An excess withdrawal under this method will only be taxable to you if the total contributions made in the year of the excess exceed the annual applicable contribution limit.
