Common use of Amount of Annual Leave Clause in Contracts

Amount of Annual Leave. The Employees are entitled to a total amount of 4 weeks annual leave for each 12 month period of Continuous Service. Annual Leave is cumulative and shall accrue and be credited to the Employees every 4 weeks as provided for in the Act.

Amount of Annual Leave. The Employees are entitled to a total accrue an amount of 4 weeks paid annual leave leave, for each 12 month completed 4 week period of Continuous Service. Annual Leave is cumulative and shall accrue and be credited to continuous service with the Employees every Employer, of 1/13th of the number of nominal hours worked by the Employee for the Employer during that 4 weeks as provided for in the Actweek period.
