Amount of Bonus Payment Sample Clauses

Amount of Bonus Payment. The Bonus Payment shall be equal to the sum of (x) three and three tenths percent (3.3%) of the portion of the IAV that is less than $758 million, plus (y) ten percent (10%) of the remaining portion of the Average IAV (i.e., that portion of the Average IAV that exceeds $758 million).
Amount of Bonus PaymentThe bonus payable under this agreement will be $750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand dollars). This bonus is in addition to the Executive’s continued participation in the MICP and LTIP plans and the Executive Stock Option program.
Amount of Bonus Payment. (a) The maximum Bonus Payment that Employee is eligible to receive is 0.060% of Net Income as reported in the Company's Quarterly Report Pursuant to Section 13 of 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, Form 10-Q, filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, for the applicable Payment Date ("Quarterly Report") to be paid on a quarterly basis as provided for in Section 4. (b) The Bonus Payment, if any, that shall be paid to Employee on the Payment Date shall be determined on the recommendation and approval of the Company's Chief Executive Officer. The Bonus Payment may be pro-rated in the Company’s sole discretion if Employee does not hold an employment position eligible for the bonus during an entire quarter. (c) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 3(b), if the total amount of the Bonus Payments paid to Employee during the calendar year is less than $40,000.00, the Company will pay Employee the difference between $40,000.00 and the total amount of the Bonus Payments by March 31 of the following year, provided that Employee remains employed by the Company on the date the Company pays the additional bonus.
Amount of Bonus PaymentEach Participant's Bonus Payment(s) shall be determined by the Board in its sole discretion as evidenced in writing in the Agreement.

  • Bonus Payment Executive will receive a lump-sum payment equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the higher of (A) the greater of (x) Executive’s target bonus for the fiscal year in which the Change of Control occurs (as in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control) or (y) Executive’s target bonus as in effect for the fiscal year in which Executive’s termination of employment occurs, or (B) Executive’s actual bonus for performance during the calendar year prior to the calendar year during which the termination of employment occurs. For avoidance of doubt, the amount paid to Executive pursuant to this Section 3(b)(iii) will not be prorated based on the actual amount of time Executive is employed by the Company during the fiscal year (or the relevant performance period if something different than a fiscal year) during which the termination occurs.

  • Bonus Payments No employee shall be required or requested to make any written or verbal agreement that will conflict with the terms of this Agreement. All employees must be paid weekly for all hours worked as provided in this Agreement. Any bonuses, commissions or other methods of payments over and above the requirements of this Agreement shall be in addition to the requirements of this Agreement and may not be used to offset such contractual requirements and shall not be subject to negotiations.

  • Incentive Payment 11.3.1 An employer may offer and an employee may accept an early retirement incentive based on the age at retirement to be paid in the following amounts Age at Retirement % of Annual Salary at Time of Retirement 11.3.2 An employer may opt to pay the early retirement incentive in three equal annual payments over a thirty-six (36) month period. 11.3.3 Eligible bargaining unit members may opt for a partial early retirement with a pro- rated incentive.

  • Bonus Amount For purposes of this Agreement, "Bonus Amount" shall mean the greater of (a) the target annual bonus payable to the Executive under the Incentive Plan in respect of the fiscal year during which the Termination Date occurs or (b) the highest annual bonus paid or payable under the Incentive Plan in respect of any of the three full fiscal years ended prior to the Termination Date or, if greater, the three (3) full fiscal years ended prior to the Change in Control.

  • Cash Bonus Executive shall be entitled to a fraction of any Cash Bonus for the fiscal year of the Company within which Executive’s termination of employment occurs which, based upon the criteria established for such Cash Bonus, would have been payable to Executive had he remained employed through the date of payment, the numerator of which is the number of days of such fiscal year prior to his termination of employment and the denominator of which is three hundred and sixty-five (365); and

  • Annual Incentive Payment The Executive shall participate in the Company's Management Incentive Plan (or such alternative, successor, or replacement plan or program in which the Company's principal operating executives, other than the Chief Executive Officer, generally participate) and shall have a targeted incentive thereunder of not less than $240,000 per year; provided, however, that the Executive's actual incentive payment for any year shall be measured by the Company's performance against goals established for that year and that such performance may produce an incentive payment ranging from none to 200% of the targeted amount. The Executive's incentive payment for any year will be appropriately pro-rated to reflect a partial year of employment.

  • Incentive Payments The Settlement Fund Administrator will treat incentive payments under Section IV.F on a State-specific basis. Incentive payments for which a Settling State is eligible under Section IV.F will be allocated fifteen percent (15%) to its State Fund, seventy percent (70%) to its Abatement Accounts Fund, and fifteen percent (15%) to its Subdivision Fund. Amounts may be reallocated and will be distributed as provided in Section V.D.

  • Cash Incentive Bonus The pro rata share of any Cash Incentive Bonus that would have been paid to the Executive had the Executive not been terminated Without Cause based on the extent to which performance standards are met on the last day of the year in which the Executive is terminated Without Cause.

  • Annual Cash Bonus During the Term, Executive may be eligible to receive an annual cash bonus, on terms and conditions as determined by the Committee in its sole discretion taking into account Company and individual performance objectives.

  • Annual Bonus In addition to Annual Base Salary, Executive shall be awarded, for each fiscal year ending during the Employment Period, an annual bonus (the “Annual Bonus”) in cash at least equal to Executive’s highest annual bonus for the last three full fiscal years prior to the Effective Date (annualized in the event that Executive was not employed by the Company for the whole of such fiscal year). Each such Annual Bonus shall be paid no later than the end of the third month of the fiscal year next following the fiscal year for which the Annual Bonus is awarded, unless Executive shall elect to defer the receipt of such Annual Bonus.
