AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The County shall pay the Contractor in current funds, and in accordance with the progress payment schedule as stated herein, for the performance of the work, subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents, the estimated amount of > Dollars ($>).

AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The minimum guaranteed contract amount for the initial contract performance period is One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. 1. Salary amounts recorded in individual contracts and paid to teachers will be equal to that amount shown on the attached salary schedule (Exhibit A) according to the proper placement of employees on that schedule.

AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The total cost of this Contract is the amount contained on the STD 213 cover page. Cost details are located on the Cost Table, Attachment B1. In no event shall the total amount of the Contract exceed the amount contained on the STD 213 cover page, and there is no obligation on the part of the EDD to utilize the entire amount. This Contract is being conducted under the State of Emergency 03/04/2020.
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. 28.5 The failure of CONTRACTOR to timely submit the requested data shall constitute a material breach and grounds for termination of this Agreement.
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The total amount of this Agreement shall not exceed $249,913.00. THC shall reimburse Subgrantee on a cash basis exclusively from the U.S. Department of the Interior NPS Emergency Supplemental Historic Preservation Fund. This Agreement is subject to the availability of those funds and is subject to termination or cancellation, either in whole or in part, without penalty to THC if such funds are not appropriated or become unavailable.
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The amount to be paid to the Contractor shall not exceed $ , including all reimbursable expenses. There shall be no markup for reimbursable expenses for which the supplier is liable; amounts payable for the use of patents, copyright, registered designs, trade marks and other intellectual property rights; charges for the supply of goods; extra charges for testing, inspection or packaging; charges for consultants, subcontractors, plans, equipment, models, renderings, travel, reproductions, postage and delivery, overhead, administration, profit or other expense. Unit price(s) must remain firm during the contract term, except for to the extent that the original solicitation provides for price adjustments.
AMOUNT OF CONTRACT. The County shall pay the Contractor in current funds, and in accordance with the progress payment schedule as stated herein, for the performance of the work, subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents, the estimated amount of: $1,063,775; ONE MILLION SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS for Lot 1 and Lot 2. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the County's Project Manager when 90% of the total contract amount has been reached. The Contractor shall not proceed beyond 100% of the total contract amount unless duly authorized by a written change order.
