Common use of AMP Recognition Clause in Contracts

AMP Recognition. The General Manager of Alameda Municipal Power, which is a department of the City of Alameda or any person or organization duly authorized by the General Manager, is the representative of the City hereinafter referred to as the “AMP”, in employer-employee relations, as provided in Resolution No. 7476 adopted by the City Council on May 21, 1969.
