Common use of AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING Clause in Contracts

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of the Union; (b) has revoked her written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; union dues or union assessments; and/or (c) has resigned from the Union;

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of the Union; (b) has not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; (c) has revoked his/her written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; , union dues or union assessments; and/or; (cd) has resigned is suspended from the Union;

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not has refused to become a member of the Union pursuant to Article 4.01(b), (b) has resigned from being a member of the Union;, or (bc) has revoked his/her written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; union dues fees or union assessments; and/or (c) has resigned from the Union;dues,

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of has revoked his/her membership in the Union; (b) has revoked her not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; , union dues or union assessments; and/or (c) has resigned from the Unionassessments as provided for in Clause 4.03 above;

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of the Union; (b) has revoked his/her written assignment of wages to pay initiation feesInitiation Fees; union dues Union Dues or union Union assessments; and/or (c) has resigned from the Union;

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not has refused to become a member of the Union pursuant to Article 4.01, b) has resigned from being a member of the Union; (b) has revoked her written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; union dues or union assessments; and/or (c) has resigned from the Union;, or

AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. ‌ Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Employer that an employee: (a) is not a member of has revoked his/her membership in the Union; (b) has revoked her not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; , union dues or union assessments; and/or (c) has resigned from the Unionassessments as provided for in Clause 4.03 above;
