An official Representative of the Union may appoint Job Stewards. The Xxxxxxx of a member Union will be an employee of the Employer who is a qualified Journeyman and who will perform the work of a journeyman at the journeyman's rate of pay. In addition to his duties as a journeyman, he shall be permitted reasonable time to perform such of his Union duties as cannot be performed off the job. If it is necessary for the Xxxxxxx to leave his work, he must first obtain permission from the Employer's representative on the job. Such permission would not be unreasonably withheld. He shall assist the Employer and the Union members in carrying out the provisions of this Agreement.

It is agreed that only one (1) Xxxxxxx and one (1) alternate on each shift shall be recognized by the Employer and the Union shall notify the Employer in writing, of the name of the Xxxxxxx and his alternate. The Employer will notify the Union on termination of employment of the Xxxxxxx or his alternate. Subject to all other items and conditions of this Agreement, the Xxxxxxx shall be given special consideration before laid off, except for just cause. The Xxxxxxx shall be the second last man remaining on the job, provided that in the opinion of the Employer the Xxxxxxx is qualified to perform the remaining work. It will be the duty of the Job Xxxxxxx to protect the interest of the Union and employees and to assist in the processing of grievances. Under no circumstances shall the Job Xxxxxxx make any arrangements with the Xxxxxxx or Management that will change or conflict in any way with any section or items of this Collective Agreement. The Union Xxxxxxx shall receive fifteen cents per hour above the rate of his classification, where there are three (3) or more Labourers or Steelsetters on the job site. The Union Xxxxxxx has the right to work all overtime if he so desires provided he can do the work required.

Official Representatives 18. The Association may select as many as five (5) members of the Association to attend during regular duty or work hours without loss of compensation, meetings scheduled with the Civil Service Commission, the Department of Human Resources, the Director of Employee Relations, or designee, when such meetings have been scheduled for the purpose of meeting and conferring on matters within the scope of representation affecting such appropriate unit, and to participate in the discussions, deliberations, and decisions at such meetings.
Union Officials 1. The Union will notify the Company in writing of the election, appointment, or removal of Union shop xxxxxxx(s). The District Lodge will notify the Company in writing of the Committee members at that location.
Designated Representative A. Contractor designates as contract agent with primary responsibility for the performance of this contract. In case this contract agent is replaced by another for any reason, the Contractor will designate another contract agent within seven (7) calendar days of the time the first terminates his or her employment or responsibility using the procedure set for in Section O, Notices.
Authorised Representative The Issuer will notify the Dealers immediately in writing if any of the persons named in the list referred to in paragraph 3 of Part 1 of the Initial Documentation List ceases to be authorised to take action on its behalf or if any additional person becomes so authorised together, in the case of an additional authorised person, with evidence satisfactory to the Dealers that such person has been so authorised.
DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.
Authorized Representatives No amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless by written instrument duly executed by the Parties’ authorized representatives. For the purposes of this section, an authorized person refers to individuals designated as such by Parties in their respective corporate by-laws.
Authorised Representatives Each of the Parties shall by notice in writing designate their respective authorised representatives through whom only all communications shall be made. Designated Representatives (a) With the delivery of this Agreement, the Subordination Agent shall furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, and from time to time thereafter may furnish to each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee, at the Subordination Agent’s discretion, or upon any Liquidity Provider’s or any Trustee’s request (which request shall not be made more than one time in any 12-month period), a certificate (a “Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate”) of a Responsible Officer of the Subordination Agent certifying as to the incumbency and specimen signatures of the officers of the Subordination Agent and the attorney-in-fact and agents of the Subordination Agent (the “Subordination Agent Representatives”) authorized to give Written Notices on behalf of the Subordination Agent hereunder. Until each Liquidity Provider and each Trustee receives a subsequent Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate, it shall be entitled to rely on the last Subordination Agent Incumbency Certificate delivered to it hereunder.
