Sampling Program. 3.1 Not less than once in every (month/week), the Corporation will –
a) Take either a grab sample or a composite sample over a 24 hour period of trade waste discharged at the sampling point(s) and
b) Record the time and date when the sample is taken; and
c) As a minimum determine and record the concentrations of the following components and characteristics in the sample. • Biochemical Oxygen Demand • Suspended Solids • Total Dissolved Solids • EC • pH • any other test deemed necessary
3.2 The sampling program outlined in sub-clause 3.1 above provides the basis for calculating monthly accounts. In addition, at any time samples may be collected to assess the quality of waste being discharged to the Corporation’s sewer. Grab samples may be used in place of composite samples for the purpose of calculating monthly fees or establishing compliance with this Agreement where: • There is evidence to suggest that a composite sample has been tampered with. • Collection of a composite sample is not easily achieved. • The Authorised Officer determines a composite sample to be misrepresentative of the waste quality discharged to the Corporation’s sewer. •
3.3 In situations where sample results are not available (ie. have not been provided or obtained) for any or all of the above parameters at 3.1 (c) the Corporation reserves the right to estimate the result/s based on the average of the same month of the previous three years, or any other means deemed appropriate by the Authorised Officer.

Sampling Program. 4.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
4.1.1 Whilst the Services performed by Hunter Civilab will attempt to locate the hazardous materials within the site, the investigation is predominantly a visual inspection and only a limited sampling program will be conducted by Hunter Civilab.
4.1.2 Hunter Civilab will only collect representative samples of suspected hazardous building materials for analysis and other hazardous building materials of similar appearance may be assumed by Hunter Civilab to have similar composition.
4.1.3 The investigation undertaken by Hunter Civilab will check typical paint surfaces for the presence of lead based paints within any building but will not specifically identify every source of a lead based paint.
4.1.4 Only minor destructive investigation and sampling techniques will be employed to gain access to building or site areas.
4.1.5 Without substantial demolition of any building it may not be possible for Hunter Civilab to detect every source of hazardous material in a building.
Sampling Program. After the Effective Date, subject to the limitations set forth below, CEMEX shall collect and analyze storm water samples from each Designated Discharge Point at the Facilities according to the following sampling schedule:
a. During the Wet Seasons for 2010-2011 (“First Year”) and 2011-2012 (“Second Year”), CEMEX shall collect four storm water samples per year from each Designated Discharge Point unless a Designated Discharge Point does not discharge four times during each Wet Season, in which case, CEMEX shall collect as many storm water samples as possible, provided that all samples are at least 48 hours apart. If the sampling results for the First Year are significantly improved from the sample results obtained in the Wet Season for 2009-2010, CEMEX shall be required to collect three storm water samples during the Second Year from each Designated Discharge Point.
b. CEMEX shall analyze each storm water sample collected for the presence of each of the parameters listed on the Sampling Chart attached hereto as Exhibit 1. If CEMEX obtains two consecutive samples from each of the Designated Discharge Points at a Facility which are below the Benchmark Levels in Exhibit 1 for a given constituent, CEMEX need not have its storm water from that Facility analyzed for that particular constituent for the remainder of this Agreement. Should operations materially change at any of the Facilities, CEMEX shall conduct sampling for any additional toxic priority pollutants listed in 40 C.F.R. § 131.38 likely to be present in CEMEX’s storm water discharges in quantities that will cause or contribute to exceedance of receiving water quality standards as a result of the changed operations.
c. Where CEMEX discharges storm water into a storm drain inlet or catch basin, CEMEX may collect a sample below any insert or treatment system.
Sampling Program. All samples shall be provided to MGI at P&U's cost. All activities in connection with the distribution of samples shall be conducted in a manner which conforms to MGI's internal policy regarding sampling and applicable laws and regulations.
Sampling Program. BOISE will continue to implement a watershed-based mercury fish tissue sampling program that satisfies IPDES permit requirements contained in MERIDIAN and BOISE's IPDES permits. The Program shall be for a period of five (5) years beginning January 2023.
Sampling Program. Except as otherwise provided in Exhibit A, Genzyme shall manage and provide a sampling program for the Test in which Genzyme will provide Collection Kits to Healthcare Professionals in the Territories in accordance with the Annual Commercial Plan. The Steering Committee shall determine the number of Collection Kits that Genzyme shall purchase from Veracyte for use in such sampling program at a price equal to Veracyte’s Test Processing Costs for conducting the Test with such Collection Kits.
Sampling Program. ROCHE will establish a sampling program for Product and strategy of such program, including the allotment of samples to PRAECIS. ROCHE will supply the samples of the Product, free of charge, to PRAECIS.
Sampling Program. The Client acknowledges and agrees that:
a) while the investigation undertaken by Xxxx will attempt to locate the hazardous materials (as specified in the Proposal) within the site, Xxxx’s investigation is predominantly a visual inspection and only a limited sampling program will be conducted by Agon.
b) Agon will only collect representative samples of suspected hazardous building materials for analysis. Other hazardous building materials of similar appearance may be assumed by Xxxx to have a similar composition.
c) only minor destructive investigation and sampling techniques will be employed to gain access to building or site areas; and
d) without substantial demolition of the building(s), it may not be possible for Agon to detect every source of hazardous materials in the building(s).
Sampling Program. The Customer must prepare, maintain and implement a “Sampling Program” as follows:
3.3.1 The first Sampling Program and subsequent Sampling Programs must be submitted to the Corporation for approval and, once approved, must be applied.
3.3.2 The first Sampling Program must have been approved by the Corporation before discharge of Trade Waste may occur.
3.3.3 Each year a review and update of the Sampling Program is required to be lodged for approval by the Corporation before 30 June, unless otherwise directed by the Corporation.
