Anniversary Steps. 12 After ten (10) years of regular service in Rim of the World Unified School District, unit 13 members will receive a three and three fourths percentage (3 ¾ %) increase immediately upon 14 completion of the tenth (10) year and every five (5) years of service thereafter as follows:
