ANNUAL ACCRUAL RATE Sample Clauses

ANNUAL ACCRUAL RATE. All employees will accrue vacation at the rate of three (3) standard workweeks per year for the first eight (8) years of continuous service. After completing eight (8) years of service an additional standard work week will be added to an employee's vacation account, and vacation will accrue from that point on at the rate of four (4) standard workweeks per year through the twentieth year of continuous service. After completing twenty (20) years of service an additional standard workweek will be added to an employee's vacation account, and vacation will accrue from that point on at the rate of five (5) standard workweeks per year. Authorized absences caused by illness or injury or leaves of absence will not interrupt continuous service for purposes of computing the employee's years of service.

  • Accrual Rate Compensatory time for employees will accrue at the rate of one and one-half hours for each one hour of overtime worked.

  • Salary Rate The annual salary for regular faculty will be prorated according to the established workload for the academic year.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached. When an employee’s vacation reaches the maximum level, and if the employee has been denied vacation during the twelve (12) months, the employee will be paid for the time denied but no more than eighty (80) hours in a pay period.   • Current Salary Level An employee who accepts another position with his or her current salary range will retain his or her current salary.

  • Benefit Accrual Seniority, for the purpose of vacation, pension and sick leave accrual shall be based upon an employee’s continuous length of service with WSF. Seniority, for the purpose of all other benefit accrual, shall be by bargaining unit-wide seniority based upon an employee’s continuous length of service or adjusted length of service within the bargaining unit.
