SERVICE MAINTENANCE EMPLOYEES a. Service/maintenance employees who are required to work on a regular University holiday, and the majority of hours worked fall on the holiday, s/he will be compensated at two and one-half (2½) times her/his basic straight-time hourly rate.

  • Maintenance Employees The normal hours of work for full-time Maintenance employees are 72 ½ hours over a two (2) week period, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.
