Annual Concession Fees. In consideration of the concession privileges granted hereunder, Concessionaire shall pay to the Authority the following Annual Concession Fees: Effective on the Commencement Date, the Annual Concession Fee rate is Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) per Contract Year, which shall be payable by installment as provided in Section 4.02.
