Annual Leave Accrual Rate. 1. Full-time employees hired prior to July 1, 1991, shall accrue annual leave at the following rate: 11+ years of service - 12.5 hours per pay period 2. Beginning the first full pay period on or after Assembly approval, full-time employees hired after June 30, 1991, shall accrue leave at the following rates: 0 – 2 years of service - 6.15 hours per pay period 3 – 5 years of service - 6.77 hours per pay period 6 – 10 years of service - 9.23 hours per pay period 11 + years of service - 11.85 hours per pay period 20+ years of service - 12.5 hours per pay period 3.
