Annual Leave and Military Leave. Employees shall not be permitted to take annual leave or other accrued leave in lieu of the military leave provisions provided in Sub Section (c) of the Section. Employees may elect to use accrued leave time, except sick leave, in lieu of the integrated pay in Section (f) of this Section under the following conditions:
