Annual Leave Denial Periods. (i.e. Black-out Periods) The Employer shall post at all affected departmental time clocks on or before April 1st each year any known time period that annual leave will not be allowed to be used because of University needs. However, the Employer shall limit such annual leave denial periods to department operation specific areas and classifications actually needed.
