Annual Leave Loading on Termination. Where the employment of an employee ceases for any reason, and at the time of the termination the employee has not been given and has not taken annual leave to which the employee became entitled, the employee shall be paid a loading calculated in accordance with sub-clause 32.4, for the period not taken.

Annual Leave Loading on Termination. Where the employment of an Employee ceases for any reason, and at the time this occurs the Employee has not been given and has not taken the whole annual leave to which the Employee became entitled, the Employee shall: (i) in the case of an Employee whose wages are not averaged be paid the annual leave loading on 17.5% on all accrued but untaken annual leave; or, (ii) in the case of an Employee who receives an averaged rate of pay, be paid annual leave loading calculated in accordance with clause 25.3(c), for the period not taken.
Annual Leave Loading on Termination. On termination of employment, an Employee will be paid out any annual leave loading they have accrued in respect of annual leave but which has not been paid.
