Annual Leave Periods. a. Absent extenuating circumstances, employees may take Annual Leave at any time during the year provided that each employee notifies the appropriate department, in writing, thirty (30) days in advance of the leave. Priority consideration will be given to employees who did not use school year Annual Leave the previous year.
