Annual Research Report. The Researcher shall prepare and submit Annual Report findings containing at least the following: • The scope of the research, procedures, systems, data, documents and findings that were examined during the course of the research. • The basis of the research: o Manuals of practices o Standards o Procedures used to examine the technical, social and financial affairs of the entities researched. • Full analysis of survey results and presentation of data sets • Detailed discussion of the way the survey findings relate to both changes in framework conditions and DWSSP outputs. • Recommend/suggest the program and methodology for carrying out the next phase of the assignment. The researcher shall prepare and submit 10 copies of the annual research reports to the Chief Executive Officer DAWASA within 4 weeks of the completion of field work but not later than 1st December. The researcher or the representative of the researcher may be requested to present the research findings report to the Board of DAWASA.

Annual Research Report. At the conclusion of each year‟s survey, the Contractor shall submit to The Authority‟s Contract Manager a written research report outlining the survey methodology and results. The report shall cover the following areas:  survey methodology and preparation;  survey validation, grossing up and analysis;  survey response rates and analysis by sector;  survey results and interpretation, for example by industry, type of expenditure etc.;  explanation and quantification of the sources of errors associated with the results indicators produced, including the calculation of confidence intervals and an assessment of non-sampling errors;  identification of issues for future surveys.

The PI also may include general comments regarding suggestions for improving the data access process in general. Information provided in the progress updates helps NIH evaluate program activities and may be considered by the NIH GDS governance committees as part of NIH’s effort to provide ongoing stewardship of data sharing activities subject to the NIH GDS Policy.
