Annual Vacation Entitlements. A regular employee shall EARN his/her annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only when s/he reaches his/her anniversary, although s/he may TAKE his/her annual vacation anytime during that calendar year. Annual vacation entitlements with pay shall be as follows: a) Employees who terminate prior to their first anniversary date will receive vacation pay at the rate of 6% of gross earnings less any pay actually received for vacation taken.
