Long Service Vacation. The University recognizes long service of regular staff members with supplementary vacation entitlements, to be granted once in each five (5) year period after becoming eligible as follows: after ten (10) years, five (5) working days; after fifteen (15) years, ten (10) working days; after twenty (20) years, fifteen (15) working days; and after twenty five (25) years and every five (5) years thereafter, twenty (20) working days. Long service vacation shall be used within five (5) years after it is awarded, and if not used during that period shall be forfeited, unless it was unable to be scheduled for operational reasons. In such event, it shall be paid out at the end of the five-year period.

Long Service Vacation. After the completion of twenty (20) years' service, twenty-eight (28) additional calendar days will be granted as annual leave, to be taken before the completion of twenty-five
Long Service Vacation. When a regular employee has served continuously for a period of twenty (20) years, they shall become entitled to (22) consecutive working days long service special vacation, with pay, in addition to annual vacation leave, as a reward for long and faithful service. Such special vacation shall only be received once by an employee and shall be taken within one year of attaining twenty (20) years service.

  • Weeks Vacation Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five (5) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen (14) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.

  • Banked Vacation Once every five years an employee may bank one full year's vacation to be taken in conjunction with the next year's vacation. For the purposes of this clause, all vacation in the second year must be taken concurrently.

  • Long Service Leave All employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the relevant State Legislation. The employer will ensure that any registration necessary for the purposes of portable long service schemes will be undertaken.

  • Sick Leave While on Vacation An employee who while on vacation is incapacitated for one (1) or more days due to personal illness or injury may charge such days to accrued sick leave. In such event, the employee promptly shall notify his department, and upon return to duty shall substantiate the need for, and use of, sick leave.

  • Paid Vacation Except as otherwise provided in this Article, paid vacation shall be granted no longer than the fiscal year immediately following the fiscal year in which it is earned.

  • Annual Vacation Auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of four percent (4%) of their regular earnings. After one thousand (1,000) days worked, auxiliary employees will be entitled to receive annual vacation at the rate of six percent (6%) of their regular earnings.

  • Long Service The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be the corresponding rate of pay in Appendix 1(A).

  • VACATIONS 13.01 All employees who are regularly scheduled seventy-five (75) hours on a bi- weekly basis shall receive vacations with pay based on length of full-time continuous service as follows:
