Annual Vacation Leave. Employees shall be eligible for annual vacation leave in accordance with state statute, a copy of which is attached in Addendum B. Holidays, including those allowed in lieu of the actual holiday, occurring while an employee is on paid sick leave or paid vacation shall be earned by the employee and not charged as sick leave or vacation.
