Annual Vacation Leave. During the Term of Employment, all matters pertaining to the entitlement to, and the accrual and scheduling of, vacation leave shall be determined under the Bank’s standard leave policies and procedures in effect from time to time; provided, however, that the minimum amount of annual vacation leave to which Employee shall be entitled shall be three weeks or, if longer, the number of weeks provided for in those policies and procedures for persons in Employee’s position or job classification.
