Annual Vacation Leave. The Annual Vacation Leave for Retirees shall be paid out as a percentage of straight time bi-weekly pay for that pay period. The rate of vacation pay shall be percentage, equivalent to the employee’s level of vacation accrual immediately prior to the date of retirement.
