ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT. (1) An annual wage supplement (AWS) shall be paid to all staff in December of each calendar year.
(2) For a staff who has served the Hospital for not less than 12 months at the time when the AWS is paid out, the AWS shall be equivalent to 1 month of the staff’s last drawn total monthly salary as at 31st December of the year.
(3) Staff who have not completed 12 months of service shall have their AWS pro-rated according to the completed months of service.
(4) Proportionate AWS shall be paid to staff whose services are terminated due to retrenchment, retirement, medical boarding out or death.
(5) Staff who have resigned or who have served notice of resignation or have been served notice of termination on or before 31st December shall not be eligible for AWS.
(6) Staff who join in the month of December are not eligible for AWS.

(2) Confirmed employees who have not completed 12 months' service shall be paid an annual wage supplement pro-rated to the number of completed months of service in the year.
(3) Employees who have to leave the Company’s service before 31st December due to the following reasons shall be paid a pro- rated annual wage supplement for the period that they had served:

(iii) The annual wage supplement shall be based on base salary paid as of 31st December of each year. Employees not on the payroll as of 31st December shall not be eligible to receive the annual wage supplement.

(6) Staff who have resigned or who have served notice of resignation or have been served notice of termination on or before 31 December shall not be eligible for AWS.
(7) Staff who join in the month of December are not eligible for AWS for that year.
ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT. (1) The Co-operative shall grant an annual wage supplement equivalent to one month's basic salary to each employee who has completed one year's service as at 31st December. Payment will be made at least two weeks before Christmas each year.
(2) An employee who has completed less than one year but more than two months of service as at 31st December shall be entitled to an annual wage supplement on a pro-rata basis.
(3) Employee who has tendered his resignation and whose last day of service with the Co-operative falls before 31st December will not be eligible for the annual wage supplement.
(4) The quantum of such annual wage supplement shall be based on the last drawn salary as at 31st December in that year.
(5) Proportionate annual wage supplement calculated on the basis of each completed month’s service shall be paid to an employee whose services are terminated on:
(a) retirement on reaching the retiring age;
(b) retrenchment;
(c) termination on medical grounds;
(d) liquidation; or
(e) call-up for National Service.
ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT. The Polytechnic shall follow Civil Service‟s guidelines on the payment of Annual Wage Supplement (AWS). The AWS, if payable, shall be paid in December.
ANNUAL WAGE SUPPLEMENT. (1) An annual wage supplement equivalent to one (1) month's basic salary exclusive of overtime, allowances or earnings of whatever nature as at 31st December of each year will be paid to all confirmed employees on the Company's payroll as at 31st December of the year. The annual wage supplement may be adjusted under exceptional circumstances subject to discussions between the Company and the Union, if the need arises.
(2) Confirmed employees who have completed less than one (1) year of service shall be paid the annual wage supplement on a pro-rata basis.
(3) An employee who is dismissed or has resigned to avoid dismissal or whose service is terminated shall not receive any annual wage supplement.
(4) For the purpose of this clause, any incomplete month of service of fifteen days or more shall be treated as a full month and any incomplete month of service of fourteen days or less shall be disregarded.
(5) Employees who are granted no pay leave shall lose a proportionate part of the annual wage supplement payable for the period of such leave.
