Annuals. Residents may plant annuals in pots or mulched beds adjacent to the front of the home or in mulched beds adjacent to the screened enclosure. Plants must not overhang sodded areas or interfere with the activities of the landscape provider. Annuals will not be maintained by the maintenance provider and are the responsibility of the Homeowner. Refer to Section 2.5.2 for restrictions on pots.

Annuals. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing the annual bed located in the Commons to accept the flowers by cultivating soil, weeding, removing dead foliage, fertilizing and irrigating beds to provide the correct amount of moisture before the planting, this shall take place prior to the end of April. The Contractor shall cultivate existing soil mix to a minimum 6” depth and work into 2” depth of Michigan Peat. Contractor shall apply a pre-emergent herbicide (Xxxxx) to prevent seed germination of weeds and grasses. Annual plantings are usually installed by volunteers mid- May of each year or the DDA may contract with the Contractor separately to provide this planting. Maintenance of annuals installed by the DDA shall become the responsibility of the Contractor the day each annual bed is installed. This shall include watering, mulching, fertilizing, weeding and replacement plantings. Contractor shall apply fertilizer upon completion of planting. See Item #4 (Fertilization) for specific fertilizer for annuals. In the fall, after obtaining DDA approval, remove and dispose of plants.
Annuals each different variety and species shall be packaged separately and clearly marked as to species and variety. Plants are to be grown in cell packs or containers.

The Commission shall provide the guidelines and/or scope of the audit or alternative report and may require minimum CPA qualifications or that the School select from a list of qualified CPAs as provided by the Commission. The School shall provide the completed audit or alternative report to the Commission by November 15 after the conclusion of the fiscal year; provided that the Commission, with reasonable notice to the School, may change the deadline depending on circumstances. The School shall pay for the audit or alternative report if an appropriation is not made by the Legislature for such purpose.

  • Annual Base Salary During the Term, the Executive shall receive a base salary at an initial rate of $550,000 per annum, which shall be paid in accordance with the customary payroll practices of the Company, subject to review annually for possible increase, but not decrease, in the Board’s discretion (the “Annual Base Salary”).

  • Literature Review A-E shall conduct a literature review to determine which species have been identified as special status by state, federal, and local resources agencies and organizations, and have a potential to occur on the project site or in the immediate vicinity. Sources to be reviewed include: (1) special status species lists from the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), and California Native Plant Society (CNPS); (2) database searches of the California Natural Diversity Database (CNDDB) and the Electronic Inventory of the CNPS; (3) the most recent Federal Register listing package and critical habitat determination for each federally Endangered or Threatened species potentially occurring on the project site; (4) the CDFG Annual Report on the status of California’s listed Threatened and Endangered plants and animals; and (5) other biological studies conducted in the vicinity of the project site.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
