Common use of Appearance at Grievance Hearings Clause in Contracts

Appearance at Grievance Hearings. Employees who appear as grievants or witnesses at a grievance hearing, or arbitration, as provided for in Section 25.2, shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for all time spent traveling to, from and during such appearance, provided such time spent is during the employee's regular work hours.
