An employee, at the employee's request, shall be entitled to have present a representative of the Association during any investigation meeting which the employee reasonably believes could result in disciplinary action. When members of the bargaining unit are required by the District to participate in union related activities, such employees shall receive paid release time, not chargeable to the employee(s).
