1.1 The Registrant represents and warrants to Tarion that the Registrant has full capacity, power and authority to enter into this Agreement, holds all necessary licenses and permits required to carry on the business of constructing homes in the Province of Ontario and, if a corporation, is a duly organized and validly subsisting corporation under the laws of the Province of Ontario (or alternatively is a duly organized and validly subsisting extra- provincial corporation or federal corporation, and licensed to carry on business in the Province of Ontario).
1.2 The Registrant represents and warrants to Tarion that the Registrant will not act as a vendor unless the Registrant registers as a vendor and executes a Vendor Agreement with Tarion.
1.3 The Registrant further represents and warrants to Tarion that the information set forth in the application for registration of the Registrant under the Act, and in other documents furnished by the Registrant to Tarion in connection with such application, is true and correct in all material respects and does not omit to communicate any fact, circumstance or information that may have a material adverse impact on the Registrant’s ability to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement, or that may reasonably have a material affect on the risk assessment undertaken (or to be undertaken) in connection with the registration (or continued registration) of the Registrant under the Act.
1.4 The Registrant shall, upon the request of Xxxxxx and at the expense of the Registrant, furnish Tarion with such guarantees, indemnities, surety bonds, letters of credit, deposit trust agreements, undertakings, collateral charges and/or other security instruments, as Tarion may reasonably require in accordance with the Act and the Regulations, together with statements of personal net worth, bank statements, drivers’ licenses, birth certificates, articles of incorporation, sample signatures, corporate by-laws, financial statements and/or such other documentation, records and security as Tarion may reasonably require for the purpose of initial registration, renewal of registration and/or securing the obligations imposed upon the Registrant by the Act, the Regulations, this Agreement and/or the Bulletins. Application and Registration. 3.1 The Pharmacy shall apply for registration to MediKredit in the prescribed format and against payment of the registration fee as may be prescribed by MediKredit from time to time.
3.2 The Pharmacy warrants that it shall subject itself to the code of conduct and disciplinary procedures of the South African Pharmacy Council.
3.3 The Pharmacy further warrants that the information contained on the MediKredit registration documentation referred to in clause 3.1 shall be true and correct in all respects.
3.4 The Parties warrant that they shall comply with the requirements imposed by all applicable legislation pertaining to this C2 Agreement.
Application and Registration i. Applications and registrations for CDE will be accepted in the spring and summer terms for the beginning of the upcoming school year. Midterm applications will only be accepted on a space available basis and with mutual agreement of the District home school guidance counselor and the College guidance counselor.
ii. Students will apply for admission online through Focus the District’s student management system. All additional required CDE paperwork will be disbursed the first week of class.
iii. Students who wish to withdraw their registration request to the College must do so through their home school guidance counselor. The home school guidance counselor will in turn notify the College guidance counselor. Home education students who wish to withdraw their registration request must do so through the College guidance counselor.
Application and Registration. An application and registration form for participating Students shall be submitted to enroll in EWUHS. Official high school transcripts and/or SAT/ACT scores are not required. Before admitting a Student, EWU will decide whether the Student meets its eligibility requirements and whether the Student is likely to benefit from the university-level courses in which they seek to enroll.
Application and Registration. Licensor shall, at its own expense and in its own discretion, obtain and maintain trademark protection for whatever name or other protectable feature of the Scores Trademarks it deems appropriate.

(a) this framework ILUA applies to the ILUA area; and
(b) this framework ILUA is intended to be registered on the register as an area agreement under sections 24CA to 24CL of the native title act and regulation 7 of the Native Title (Indigenous Land Use Agreements) Regulations 1999 (Cth).
Application and Registration. 2.1 A signed and fully completed Registration Form and non-refundable registration fee of £50.00 must be received before a place can be confirmed. A reduced registration fee of £20.00 will be charged to parents of children in receipt of the EECP 2 year grant. Such families will not be charged the £50.00 deposit. If the child’s hours increase, or they continue their place when in receipt of the EECP 3 year grant, we reserve the right to subsequently apply the deposit.
2.2 The offer of a place will be communicated to you either verbally or in writing by the Nursery.
2.3 A refundable deposit of £200.00 is payable upon acceptance of an offer. The refundable deposit will be paid into your bank account within 14 days of your child leaving Nursery after settlement of the final account.
2.4 The deposit is non-refundable unless a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing is provided to the Nursery Manager.
2.5 The deposit cannot be deducted from the first month’s fees.
2.6 We reserve the right to retain the deposit if:
(a) a place is booked but not taken on the due start date without providing a minimum of 30 days’ notice;
(b) the account is in debt on leaving; or
(c) the notice period of at least 30 days is not given.
2.7 Full and part time sessions must fit into the session times detailed on the registration form. A minimum of 4 sessions (=2 days) MUST be booked and maintained for your child’s place at Nursery to be reserved. A minimum of 4 sessions MUST be booked and maintained if you are in receipt of the universal entitlement of 15 hours. A minimum of 3 full days’ must be attended if you are in receipt of the full extended entitlement of 30 hours.

No registration fee will be charged if you are accessing government funded hours only, but the fee will be payable if you are accessing hours over and above the funded hours.
2.2 The offer of a place will be communicated to you either verbally or in writing by the Nursery.
2.3 A refundable deposit is payable upon acceptance of an offer. £300.00 if your child will be attending seven sessions or more. £150.00 if your child will be attending six sessions or less. The refundable deposit will be paid into your bank account by BACS within 14 days of your child leaving Nursery after settlement of the final account when your child leaves the Nursery and on receipt of a completed BACS refund request form. If you are accessing government funded hours only, this will be refunded to you within 6 weeks, or in some circumstances, may be waived entirely.
2.4 The deposit is non-refundable unless a minimum of 30 days’ notice in writing is provided to the Nursery Manager.
2.5 The deposit cannot be deducted from the first month’s fees.
2.6 We reserve the right to retain the deposit if:
(a) a place is booked but not taken on the due start date without providing a minimum of 30 days’ notice;
(b) the account is in debt on leaving; or
(c) the notice period of at least 30 days is not given.
2.7 We also reserve the right to retain funding, where a signed Parent Declaration Form has been provided by you and your child has attended at least one session within the half term which the claim relates to, in line with Local Authority guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, universal or extended entitlement, funding for 2 or 3-year local authority placements and emergency placements.
2.8 Full and part time sessions must fit into the session times detailed on the registration form. A minimum of 2 sessions MUST be booked and maintained for your child’s place at Nursery to be reserved. This minimum is based on all year-round attendance. Details of our funded only hours/sessions can be found in our Fee & Funding Policy, and these Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with this policy.
Application and Registration. 2.1 When you make an online applicaton for your child(ren) (hereinafter referred to as “Student”) via our webiste, we will confirm receipt of your application within 2 (two) business days.
2.2 Registration will be subject to availability. If there are places available we will reserve a place for the Student. If there are no places available we will place the Student on a waiting list and contact you via email as soon as a place does become available.
2.3 Once the Student is registered for the ASCP, (except for Ad Hoc or Emergency Care), you agree to pay the fees on a recurring basis according to the plan you have chosen. Details can be found in Appendix A.
2.4 Cancellation of the ASCP must be given in writing to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx no later than two weeks before the end of term.
