Full and Part Time. The Employer shall provide to each person a copy of the current information booklets for those benefits provided under this Article. The Union shall be provided with a current copy of the Master Policy. It is clearly understood that the Employer’s obligation pursuant to this Collective Agreement is to provide the insurance coverage bargained for. Any problems with respect to the insurer acknowledging or honouring any claims is a matter as between the employee and the insurer. All health and insurance benefit premium costs paid by the Employer shall prorate in accordance with the proration formula. The seventy-five (75) paid hour equivalent provision will be:

Full and Part Time. The Employer shall endeavour to schedule nurses who are required to work on a paid holiday, to be scheduled to work on the weekend attached to the paid holiday (if a Monday or Friday). If a nurse is scheduled off on a paid holiday (if a Monday or Friday), then the Employer shall endeavour to schedule the attached weekend off also.

Employees paid on a fixed partial monthly basis who work less than the regular part-time schedule shall have time deducted at the hourly rate.
