Extended Entitlement Clause Samples

The Extended Entitlement clause grants a party additional rights or benefits beyond the standard terms of an agreement, typically in response to specific circumstances or events. For example, this clause may allow a contractor extra time to complete a project if delays occur due to unforeseen events, or it may provide a supplier with increased payment if certain conditions are met. Its core practical function is to ensure fairness and flexibility by accommodating changes or disruptions, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying how entitlements are adjusted when circumstances change.
