Appointment and Promotion Committees for Laurier Brantford. 13.12.4.1 Subject to 13.12.1 and 13.12.2, there shall be a Laurier Brantford Appointment and Promotion (LBAP) Committee as per 13.12.4.2, and Brantford Program Appointment Committee(s) as per 13.12.4.5 for searches and recommendations under 13.13. The procedures of these committees shall be in accordance with 13.12.1 and 13.12.2, except as modified under this clause 13.12.4.

  • SCHOOL STAFF COMMITTEES 1. If the majority of the teaching staff in the school so decide, there shall be established a recognized staff committee in that school.

  • Sub-Committees 15.1 The Joint Committee shall establish the membership and terms of reference for any sub-committees or sub-groups which it establishes and may dissolve such sub-committees or sub-groups. Sub-committees to which the Joint Committee delegates functions are bound by the provisions of this Agreement regulating the taking of decisions by the Joint Committee.   • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
