Appointment of Applicant. Within five (5) days of awarding the position, the name of the selected applicant will be posted on designated bulletin boards for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, with a copy forwarded to the Local Union Office. Within thirty (30) days of awarding the position, the selected applicant shall receive a Letter of Appointment as set out in paragraph d) below, with a copy forwarded to the Local Union Office.
