Apprenticeship Contract. Every apprentice shall enter into a written agreement with the Company to serve the apprenticeship term. The contract shall be signed by the Company, the apprentice, and shall be transferable to another employer only by mutual consent of all parties thereto. The contract shall be registered with the Apprenticeship Branch of the Ontario Department of Labour and shall form part of these standards. (Subject to any changes made by the Ontario Branch of the Department of Labour).

Apprenticeship Contract. This is a contract that is to be concluded at least between the employer and the apprentice-employee for five days per week for the term of the practical training contract. An apprenticeship contract template has been appended to this scheme. The apprenticeship contract ends automatically when the course ends.
