APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER three (3) copies of each of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the BUYER for its approval at its address as set forth in Article XIX hereof. The BUYER shall, within twenty one (21) days after receipt thereof return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto.
(b) When and if the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall have been sent by the BUYER to the SHIPYARD in accordance with Paragraph 1 of this Article, the BUILDER may submit the remainder, if any, of the plans and drawings in the agreed list, to the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE for his approval, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties hereto. The BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall, within seven (7) days after receipt thereof, return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings with his approval or comments written thereon, if any. Approval by the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE of the plans and drawings duly submitted to him shall be deemed to be the approval by the BUYER for all purposes of this CONTRACT.
(c) In the event that the BUYER or the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall fail to return the plans and drawings to the BUILDER within the time limit as hereinabove provided, such plans and drawings shall be deemed to have been automatically approved without any comment.
(d) Within seven (7) days after receipt of BUYER's or the BUYER's REPRESENTATIVE's comments, if any, to such plans and drawings, BUILDER shall (x) deliver the revised plans and drawings or (y) explain in writing the reasons for its objection, unless otherwise mutually agreed between the parties. In this case the parties will act in good faith to resolve any issues as soon as possible thereafter, following which BUILDER will promptly issue the revised plans and drawings.
(e) In the event the plans and drawings submitted by the BUILDER to the BUYER or the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE in accordance with this Article do not meet with the BUYER's or the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE's approval, the matter may be submitted by either party hereto for determination pursuant to Article XIII hereof.
(f) Any actual or deemed approval of the plans and drawings by BUYER or the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall not in any way diminish the obligations of BUILDER or relieve BUILDER of his obligations hereunder, nor shall any such approval be deemed a wai...
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. 3.1 The contractor shall get all the related drawings approved by Project Management Consultant (PMC), SICOM before starting the work.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. Drawings or other information requiring the Customer’s approval shall be approved, amended or rejected and returned to Flender within 7 days of the date of receipt (or within such other time period as may be agreed in writing by Flender), otherwise clause 17(e) shall apply.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The BUILDER shall submit to the BUYER four (4) copies of each of the plans and drawings to be submitted to the Buyer for its approval at its address as set forth in Article XVIII hereof. The BUYER shall, within fourteen (14) calendar days including mailing time after receipt thereof, return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawings with the approval or comments, if any, of the BUYER. A list of the plans and drawings to be so submitted to the BUYER shall be mutually agreed upon between the parties hereto.
(b) When and if the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall have been sent by the BUYER to the SHIPYARD in accordance with Paragraph 1 of this Article, the BUILDER may submit the remainder, if any, of the plans and drawings in the agreed list, to the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE for his approval, unless otherwise agreed upon between the parties hereto. The BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE shall, within seven (7) days after receipt thereof, return to the BUILDER one (1) copy of such plans and drawing with his approval of comments written thereon, if any. Approval by the BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVE of the plans and drawings duly submitted to him shall be deemed to be the approval by the BUYER for all purposes of this CONTRACT.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. (a) The Builder shall submit to the Head Office of the Buyer at its address as set out in Article XVIII for its approval three (3) copies each of the drawings listed in the Specifications in hard copy. The Buyer shall, as soon as possible but within twenty one (21) days after dispatch thereof by the Builder at the latest, return to the Builder one (1) copy of such drawings with its approval or comments written thereon. Any alteration to the specifications resulting from such comments shall be dealt with in accordance with Article IV hereof. A list of the Plans and Drawings to be so submitted to the Buyer and the order of submission thereof shall be mutually agreed upon between the Builder and the Buyer.
(b) In the event that the Buyer shall fail to return the drawings to the Builder within the time limit hereinabove provided, the said drawings shall be deemed to have been approved without any comments.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. Licensee shall review and either accept or reject any construction drawings prepared by Licensor within ten (10) days of the date they are submitted for review by Licensor. In the event that Licensee fails to accept or reject said drawings within said ten (10) day period, they shall be deemed to have been accepted, and Licensor may commence construction."

The contractor shall get the following drawings approved before start of the work. • Floor plans showing location of detector indicating the proposed distances between the detectors. • Floor plans indicating the location of main control panels, local control panels, manual call points response indicators etc. • Conduit/cable layout diagram clearly indicating details of detectors and other devices connected in a particular Zone. • Drawing showing general arrangement of main control panel and local control panels. The approval of drawing by the department shall not absolve the firm of their responsibility for supplying and installing the system conforming to relevant standards and specifications.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. If Unarco prepares drawings with respect to the Goods, approval thereof by the Buyer, its representative, or the representative of the owner of or general contractor on the project for which such Goods are required shall constitute a final approval by Buyer of those and all other documents describing such Goods, including the Specifications, if any, and shall constitute authority for Unarco to furnish Goods in accordance with such drawings (as approved in accordance with this Paragraph 16, the “Drawings”).
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. Drawings or other information requiring the Customer’s approval shall be approved, amended or rejected and returned to Practical Engineering Australia within 7 days of the date of receipt (or within such other time period as may be agreed in writing by Practical Engineering Australia), otherwise clause 17(e) shall apply.
APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS. Any drawings or documents submitted by MTE to Buyer for Buyer's approval of design, specifications, materials, or other processes, shall remain the property of MTE, and Buyer will not copy such drawings or use such drawings for any purpose other than confirming the design of materials to be supplied by MTE. Drawings, design information and third party approval fees, when invoiced, cover only part of the cost thereof to the MTE. The Buyer does not acquire any right, title, or interest in any drawing, design information or invention resulting therefrom. In addition, any drawings or documents submitted by Buyer to MTE setting forth plans, specifications, design, materials or other processes are available to the MTE for any use hereafter, including without limitation incorporation into the general processes of MTE.
