To effectuate arbitration, the Association shall request within ten (10) days a list of arbitrators from the American Arbitration Association or the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Upon receipt of the list of arbitrators, each party shall select their top arbitrators from the list as per directions from the American Arbitration Association. b. The arbitrator shall begin hearings as soon as possible. c. The arbitrator shall render his/her decision as soon as possible.
