Arbitration Steps. a. To effectuate arbitration, the Association shall request within ten (10) days a list of arbitrators from the American Arbitration Association or the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. Upon receipt of the list of arbitrators, each party shall select their top arbitrators from the list as per directions from the American Arbitration Association. b. The arbitrator shall begin hearings as soon as possible. c. The arbitrator shall render his/her decision as soon as possible. The arbitrator's decision shall be in writing and will set forth his/her findings of fact, reasoning and conclusions on the issues submitted to him/her. d. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon all parties.
