ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. The Architect’s Compensation for Architect’s Services shall be as described in Exhibit 1. The maximum fee for Architect’s Services shall not exceed Dollars ($ ).
ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. The OWNER shall compensate the ARCHITECT for Basic Services relating to each Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement in such amount or amounts or at such rate of compensation as shall be provided in the Project Addendum.
ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. In consideration for the services performed hereunder, the DISTRICT agrees to compensate the ARCHITECT as follows:
A. The total ARCHITECT’s fee for the services set forth in this WORK ORDER shall not exceed $ without prior written approval from the DISTRICT.
B. Additional Architectural Services. Any services described in the AGREEMENT as an “Additional Services” shall be determined according to the Architect’s Fee Schedule, which is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein. ARCHITECT agrees to provide to DISTRICT a proposal of Additional Services with ARCHITECT’s proposed fee. Any such services and fees shall be mutually agreed to in writing by DISTRICT and ARCHITECT prior to the performance of such additional services.
C. Reimbursable Expenses: The Total Reimbursable Expenses as described in the AGREEMENT shall not exceed $ . Receipts for all reimbursable expenses must be included with the invoice to be considered for payment.

ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. For Architect's performance of Services in all Phases pursuant to this Agreement, Owner shall pay Architect a total amount consisting of Architect's Cost of the Work plus any amount payable to the Architect under the IPD Team Risk Pool Plan. The Architect’s At-Risk Amount is Dollars ($ ). Once the Expected Cost has been approved, the Architect’s Fees shall not be decreased as a result of any Change Order. Architect's Cost of the Work shall be determined in accordance with Exhibit 7. Architect shall be paid the sum of the hours expended by its personnel and by any of the Architect’s Consultants’ personnel, calculated in accordance with the direct and indirect labour costs plus costs reimbursable to Architect pursuant to Exhibit 7. Architect’s Cost of Work shall be paid as set forth in Article 25 and the Payment Protocol. Charges for Architect's Consultants shall be included without additional mark-up by Architect.
ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. The Architect agrees to perform professional services provided by this Agreement and any agreed upon scope of work and the Client agrees to pay the Architect for such services compensation in the amount of: The amount determined by the Architect's Fee Schedule "X" (attached) as applied to personnel hours of Architect's staff and his consultant engineers and such Reimbursable Expenses as noted on the Schedule with a not-to-exceed maximum of $5,000.
ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. The Architect agrees to perform professional services provided by this Agreement and any agreed upon scope of work and the Client agrees to pay the Architect for such services compensation in the amount of: A lump sum fee of $44,500 including mechanical and electrical engineering. The phase one fee of $5,000 will be considered a part of this total fee.
ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. The Architect agrees to provide the Basic Services as set forth in 1.1 thru 1.5 above based on 8 cents a square foot of building area for the Elementary Schools and 9 cents a square foot of building area for the Middle Schools. Fee = 1,370,223 sf x .08 = $109,617.84 plus 1,242,243 x .09 = $111,801.87 for a total fee of $221,419.71. The Architect agrees to provide the Basic Services as set forth in 1.6 above based on a fixed fee of $3,000. The total Fee would be $224,419.71.

ARCHITECT’S COMPENSATION. If termination of the Architect’s Contract occurs at the close of a phase of design, the Architect shall be paid in full for its satisfactorily performed services through that phase in accordance with the percentage schedule established in Article 2.2. Should termination occur prior to the close of a design phase, the Architect shall be entitled to full payment for prior phases, plus an equitable pro-rata fee payment for the uncompleted phase
