  • ENGINEER’S DUTIES AND AUTHORITY With reference to Sub-Clause 2.1 (b), the following shall also apply: The Engineer shall obtain the specific approval of the Employer before taking any of the following actions specified in Part 1:

  • Responsibilities and Duties (a) As President and Chief Executive Officer, the Executive shall serve under the board of directors of the Corporation and will perform all duties and will have all powers associated with these positions, as set forth in any job description provided to the Executive by the Corporation or as may be set forth in the bylaws of the Corporation.   • Parties Responsibilities It is the duty of Management to make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain a safe place of employment. CAPE will cooperate by encouraging all employees to perform their work in a safe manner. It is the duty of all employees in the course of performing their regularly assigned duties to be alert to unsafe practices, equipment, and conditions and to report any such unsafe practices, or conditions to their immediate supervisors. If such condition cannot be satisfactorily remedied by the immediate supervisor, the employee has the right to submit the matter in writing either personally or through his area representative to the local facility safety office. On any matter of safety that is not resolved by the safety officer within a reasonable period of time, the area representative may confer with the safety officer who will respond in writing. If the area representative is not satisfied with the response of the safety officer, a CAPE representative may consult with the Chief of the Health, Safety, Disability and Benefits Division of the Department of Human Resources or his designate. A representative of such branch shall investigate the matter and advise the Assessor and CAPE of his findings, and recommendations, if any.

  • Roles & Responsibilities During the MOU Period, the Parties will work together to develop the final scope of the CCA project. The Parties are entering into this MOU in good faith and final project approval is contingent on satisfactory completion of the milestones outlined in Appendix A. CCAG is solely responsible for all costs throughout the approval process. As applicable, CCAG shall maintain adequate insurance coverages for any work conducted on the property ("Property”) depicted in Appendix B during the MOU Period.
