ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. 20.1 The Theatre will have the right for archival purposes at any time after the First Performance and during the term of the Theatre’s rights under this Agreement to make or license the making of a film, video tape, sound recording or other mechanical recording of its own production of the Play (or a recording in any other format developed in the future), provided that such recording may be used for the Theatre's own archival purposes only except by prior written agreement with the Writer and the copyright in the Play shall remain the property of the Writer.

ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. The Publisher will use reasonable efforts to maintain an archive of its entire electronic journal content. In particular, the Publisher maintains three complete and continuously updated mirror sites for all of its content from the present back to 1893, distributed widely across the United States, and also deposits the full Publisher content with Portico. The Licensed Materials are produced by the Publisher as a PDF collection and may be purchased separately. The files for archival purposes are distributed on CD-ROMs and can be mounted on the Licensee’s local server. The use of these Licensed Materials remains subject to the terms and conditions of this License.
ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. 4.1. Licensee may make one electronic copy of all the Licensed Materials to be maintained as a backup for archival purposes. Use of CLOCKSS/ PORTICO is also permitted.

  • Survival Rights This Agreement shall continue in effect after termination to the extent necessary to allow or require either Party to fulfill rights or obligations that arose under the Agreement.

  • General Rights The management of the Employer’s operations and the direction of the working forces, including the hiring, firing, promotion and demotion of employees, is vested exclusively in the Employer except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement.

  • Appeal Rights Any dispute concerning the occurrence or amount of the overpayment will be resolved through the grievance procedure in Article 31 Grievance Procedure of this Agreement.

  • Mechanical Rights The Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive License to use Master Recording in the reproduction, duplication, manufacture, and distribution of phonograph records, cassette tapes, compact disks, internet downloads, other and miscellaneous audio and digital recordings, and any lifts and versions thereof (collectively ,”Recordings”) worldwide for up to the pressing or selling a total of 10000 copies of such Recordings or any combination of such Recordings. Additionally, Licensor shall be permitted to distribute unlimited internet downloads for non-profit and non-commercial use.

  • INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS - DATA RIGHTS A. Data produced under this Annex which is subject to paragraph C. of the Intellectual Property Rights - Data Rights Article of the Umbrella Agreement will be protected for the period of one year.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.
