ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. 20.1 The Theatre will have the right for archival purposes at any time after the First Performance and during the term of the Theatre’s rights under this Agreement to make or license the making of a film, video tape, sound recording or other mechanical recording of its own production of the Play (or a recording in any other format developed in the future), provided that such recording may be used for the Theatre's own archival purposes only except by prior written agreement with the Writer and the copyright in the Play shall remain the property of the Writer.
ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. The Publisher will use reasonable efforts to maintain an archive of its entire electronic journal content. In particular, the Publisher maintains three complete and continuously updated mirror sites for all of its content from the present back to 1893, distributed widely across the United States, and also deposits the full Publisher content with Portico.
ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. 4.1. Licensee may make one electronic copy of all the Licensed Materials to be maintained as a backup for archival purposes. Use of CLOCKSS/ PORTICO is also permitted.
ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. 4.1. The Licensor recognises the right of the Participating Library to possess in perpetuity their Perpetual Licensed Materials as described in this Agreement and listed in Schedule 1 and 2.
4.2. Licensee may make one electronic copy of all the Perpetual-Licensed Materials as well as one print copy, from electronic versions of the Perpetual Licensed Materials detailed in Schedule 3 to be maintained as a backup for Archival purposes. Use of CLOCKSS or equivalent technology is also permitted.
4.3. In the event that the Licensee terminates this Agreement Licensor shall continue to provide access to Perpetual Licensed Materials to the Licensee and its Authorized Users under the same terms and conditions outlined in Clauses 2 and 3 and subject to an annual hosting and maintenance fee detailed in Schedule 1.
4.4. In the event that the Licensee terminates this Agreement the Licensee may obtain continuing access to Perpetual Licensed Materials by electing to pay an administrative fee for an archival digital copy of Perpetual Licensed Materials on a mutually agreed upon digital media.
4.5. The Licensee may not back up or make archival copies of non-Perpetual Licensed Materials
ARCHIVAL RIGHTS. Solely for Journals subscribed to during the term of this Agreement, Members may be entitled to archive rights related to those journals. Consortium member institutions may save and/or deposit in perpetuity parts of the Subscribed Product (content from paid subscription only) in electronic repositories on a Secure Network operated exclusively by the Institution, may access to and use of which is limited to Authorized Users.
