Archive Recordings. Archive Recordings may be used for EPKs, internal archive and reference use only. The Trust confirms that the Musicians' reproduction and distribution rights will not be breached by any unauthorised copying or sale of Archive Recordings.

Archive Recordings. (a) The National Theatre has the right to make or cause to be made recordings of the production ("Archive Recordings") for the purposes of the National Theatre Archive, the educational purposes agreed under Clause S, or for work preparatory to Access (including but not limited to signed, captioned or audio-described) performances. It is expressly understood that at no time shall the Theatre use or permit the use of such recordings to be played in public or sold other than for the educational purposes agreed in Clause S, nor should they be used other than for library or Archive purposes or preparation for Access (including but not limited to signed, captioned or audio-described). It is agreed that the Musicians' Union will be supplied with the names of all musicians playing for such recorded performance. (b) Should the National decide to commercially exploit these recordings of the production in the future, the National will pay an additional Combined Use Fee equivalent to the current rate applicable in Clause Q. S. EDUCATIONAL RECORDINGS (a) The National Theatre is entitled to incorporate the Musician¹s performance in the Archive Recordings and make the Archive Recordings available to schools, libraries (including public libraries), colleges, universities, providers of online learning programmes and digital textbooks and other academic institutions worldwide, either itself or through third party platforms for payment or for free. (b) Should the National use the Archive Recordings in the manner set out above, the National will pay an additional fee of £300.
Archive Recordings. Musicians engaged under this agreement will permit ESO to record a performance of a composer or visiting soloist’s own work in sound or sound and vision strictly for the Orchestra’s and composer or soloist’s personal archive uses only. Rights in each recording will remain with ESO and the composer will be licensed for personal or promotional use. Where the ESO or the composer or soloist uses a recording for promotional purposes its use shall be limited to the promotion of the ESO or the composer or soloist and shall not be used for third party promotion or commercial gain. Audio/visual recordings will, where possible, be watermarked throughout their duration to deter unauthorised uses. All other uses will be subject to further separate agreement between ESO and the MU.
Archive Recordings. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the ROH may make archive recordings available to (i) production staff, artists and creatives for the purpose of preparation for revivals and/or tours (ii) for business to business purposes including for the promotion of ROH tours, hires and co-productions and (iii) as a reference for hirers and co-producers of ROH productions.
Archive Recordings. The Manager shall be entitled (without payment to the Artist) to make a video recording of a Performance strictly and solely for the archival purposes and to enable assisted performances of the Manager and for no other use whatsoever except that such archive recording may be made available to national archives including without limitation the NVAP and that the NVAP may use up to one minute from that Archive video to be used on their website. The Artist by signing their Contract consents to the recording and its use.

  • Tape-recording Trust authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Trust, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Trust in writing.
