Tape Recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.
Telephone Recordings I understand and agree that any telephone conversation with You will or may be recorded for accuracy and I consent to such recording.
Recordings The Client and the Service Provider consent to telephonic or electronic recordings for security and quality of service purposes and agree that either may produce telephonic or electronic recordings or computer records as evidence in any proceedings brought in connection with this Agreement.
Time Recording The instrumentation shall enable the action to be recorded throughout its duration and readings to be made to within one one-thousandth of a second; The beginning of the impact at the moment of first contact between the headform and the item being tested shall be detected on the recordings used for analysing the test.
Video recording During the Construction Period, the Contractor shall provide to the Authority for every calendar quarter, a video recording, which will be compiled into a 3 (three)- hour compact disc or digital video disc, as the case may be, covering the status and progress of Works in that quarter. The video recording shall be provided to the Authority no later than 15 (fifteen) days after the close of each quarter after the Appointed Date.
Administrative Records (1)The Construction Manager will maintain at the job site, unless agreed to otherwise by the Project Director, on a current basis, files and records such as, but not limited to the following:
COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.
Corporate Records The minute books of the Company have been made available to the Representative and Representative Counsel and such books (i) contain minutes of all material meetings and actions of the Board of Directors (including each board committee) and stockholders of the Company, and (ii) reflect all material transactions referred to in such minutes.
Time Records (1) Every employer shall provide, to the satisfaction of the Regional Chamber, a semi- automatic time recording clock or other recording system and shall establish beyond reasonable doubt the actual time each individual employee has attended at the establishment.
Electronic Files a. It is the Buyer's responsibility to maintain a copy of any original Electronic File provided by the Buyer.
