Are Employees Entitled to Receive Superannuation. The subject of Superannuation is dealt with extensively by legislation including the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992, the Superannuation Guarantee Charge Act 1992, the Superannuation Industry Supervision Act 1993, and the Superannuation Resolution of Complaints Act 1993. The organisation shall provide a superannuation contribution on behalf of each employee as required by the relevant legislation. Contributions shall be paid into each employee’s account of an eligible fund nominated by the organisation. The organisation shall provide training and assistance to employees in understanding the concept and benefits of Superannuation and the completion of an application form.
