Are You Ready to Play Rugby?. The Are You Ready to Play Rugby? Campaign was launched by Scottish Rugby at the start of 2009 to create a consistent approach to player safety. Full details on the policies introduced to reduce the risk of serious injury are available in the Are You Ready to Play Rugby? section of the Scottish Rugby website. The policies that affect participation in BT League and Cup rugby the most are as follows: Players must only participate in adult rugby if they are at least 18 on the date of the match concerned. In exceptional cases only, a player’s physical development, skill level and experience may allow him or her to participate in adult rugby at an age younger than 18. Such players can only participate in adult rugby if each of the following has been satisfied: 1. The player is at least 17 years old – i.e. no players under 17 can play adult rugby; AND 2. Both the player and his or her coach have completed the online IRB Rugby Ready course (see xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) and the coach is qualified to a minimum standard of UKCC level 2 and has attended an SRU ‘RugbyReady Practical Course’ in the immediately preceding 18 months; AND 3. The coach has undertaken the following physical and skill assessments on the player in accordance with SRU’s Assessment Guidance, and the player has successfully completed: - a squat and press-up assessment - a tackle assessment; AND 4. The coach has gathered and presented Scottish Rugby with information on the player’s experience, injury history and indicated the level of rugby to be played; AND

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.

  • WORK CLOTHING Two sets of cotton drill protective clothing will be issued to all employees, upon request, within two weeks of commencing work with the Company. Employees will be made aware of these entitlements at the time of employment. A set of clothing will consist of either: • Two pairs of overalls; or • Two combination bib and brace; or • Two pairs of long trousers and two long sleeved shirt; or • Work denims at cost no greater than the above three choices • Clothing and footwear will be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.

  • Progressive Discipline Both parties endorse the principle of progressive discipline as applied to professionals.

  • First Aid Training In the interests of the occupational safety and health of employees, the Employer will undertake an in-service program of first aid training aimed at providing a first aid officer for each department.

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero).
