Arrangement for Physical Facilities. Member Districts shall provide classrooms for classes placed in their districts. Additional classrooms may be provided by ECHO. Subject to any additional requirements set forth in Section 10-22.31 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/10-22.31) or other applicable law, the funding for the construction of the ECHO facilities must be recommended by the ECHO Board and approved by the Administrative District. The funding for any capital improvement project, including any debt issued to refinance capital improvement project debt, but not including the 2020 Project Debt, shall be billed and paid on a pro rata basis, based upon the most current average daily enrollment report for the entire student population of each of the Member Districts. The Board shall use its best efforts to enforce and collect the payment obligations of Member Districts set forth in this Section 1. Payment dates for debt issued to refinance the Debt Certificate, Series 2007, of ECHO (the “2020 Refunding Debt”) shall be June 1 and December 1. If, on April 1 or October 1 of each year, any payment obligation of a Member District related to the 2020 Refunding Debt remains outstanding and uncollected after 45 days, then the other Member Districts shall be liable for such payment obligation as described in this subparagraph. First, ECHO shall bill each other Member District a pro-rated amount of the defaulting Member District’s payment obligation based on the relative payment obligations set forth above. If, notwithstanding the additional billing described in the preceding sentence, the amount of the defaulting Member District’s payment obligation remains outstanding and uncollected as of the next succeeding May 1 or November 1, then the other Member Districts shall be jointly and severally liable for the defaulting Member District’s payment obligation. The defaulting Member District shall remain liable to ECHO and the other Member Districts for the amount of any and all payments made by other Member Districts on behalf of the defaulting Member District pursuant to this subparagraph, plus interest at the maximum rate authorized by law. Upon receipt of any payment from the defaulting Member District after the receipt of payments by other Member Districts on behalf of the defaulting Member District pursuant to this subparagraph, ECHO shall distribute such payment to the other Member Districts, on a pro-rata basis, based on the amount each other Member District paid ECHO on behalf of the defaulting Member...

Arrangement for Physical Facilities. All NSSEO conducted programs/services shall have suitable physical facilities. These facilities shall be located and established as determined by the NSSEO Governing Board and shall be in accordance with Article 14-4.01 of the Illinois School Code and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Programs and services operated by NSSEO may be housed in NSSEO owned/leased facilities, including facilities leased from member districts. A. District facilities housing NSSEO programs and services will be approved by the NSSEO Governing Board. B. NSSEO may contract to rent appropriate facilities as approved by the NSSEO Governing Board. C. Long-term commitment of appropriate facilities is encouraged. NSSEO may enter into long-term agreements to prevent unnecessary movement and exchange of classroom space for students with disabilities. D. Equipment and supplies will be purchased and assigned as needed to implement NSSEO special education programs/services. Programs may be designed to facilitate lending or renting equipment to member districts.

  • Securing Physical Facilities DST shall maintain systems located in DST facilities that host Fund Data or provide services under the Agreement in an environment that is designed to be physically secure and to allow access only to authorized individuals. A secure environment includes the availability of onsite security personnel on a 24 x 7 basis or equivalent means of monitoring locations supporting the delivery of services under the Agreement.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. Purchaser shall provide survey, design, and construction staking for such other roads.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.
