Arranging for Substitutes Clause Samples

The "Arranging for Substitutes" clause defines the conditions under which a party may appoint another individual or entity to perform their contractual duties. Typically, this clause outlines the process for notifying the other party, any qualifications or approvals required for the substitute, and the extent to which the original party remains responsible for the substitute's performance. Its core function is to provide flexibility in fulfilling obligations while ensuring that the quality and reliability of performance are maintained, thereby addressing potential disruptions if the original party is unable to perform.
