ARRIVAL MOONCAST CONTENT. The Arrival Mooncast is the first of two (2) required minimum datasets that must be transmitted from the surface of the Moon and delivered to XPF. The contents of the Arrival Mooncast shall detail the Craft’s arrival on and initial exploration of the lunar surface. Team shall submit a Mooncast Content Plan, following an example provided by XPF, detailing the expected content of their Arrival Mooncast no later than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to launch. Team is encouraged to work with XPF well prior to this deadline to streamline the acceptance process. A sample of an acceptable Arrival Mooncast Content Plan will be provided by XPF upon reasonable request. The Arrival Mooncast shall contain, at minimum: • At least eight (8) minutes of dynamic video, to be broadcast as both Near Real Time Video and as High Definition Video; o Transmitted as a high priority item at the earliest possible opportunity, in a quality no worse than that described above as the minimum standard for Near Real Time Video, as defined above; o Transmitted before completion of the mission as High Definition Video, as defined above; o Regularly, clearly, and recognizably displaying the Logo Cluster; o The High Definition Video and the Near Real Time Video may be sent as a single transmission so long as the requirements for both are met; • Panoramic photograph or photographs to yield a full 360º view of the landing site, which clearly include(s) the horizon, and with a vertical dimension of no less than 60º; • A minimum of one (1) image each for the Craft and any secondary vehicle, containing a substantial and recognizable portion of the Craft or vehicle, and which clearly and recognizably includes the complete Logo Cluster; • A minimum of one (1) image recognizably showing the XPF Payload; and • All of the data described in Section 4.3.4 (XPF Set Asides). Team may elect to use the Standard Mooncast Content Plan provided by XPF or to provide a new Mooncast Content Plan, subject to approval by the Judging Panel.

When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.
