As-constructed Record Drawings. Complete As-constructed Record Drawings, prepared by the Design Professional, showing significant changes in the Project resulting from addenda, accepted or deleted alternates, field orders, change orders, construction change directives, bulletins, and/or from the Contractor Xxxx-up Set, including marked-up prints, drawings and/or other data generated by the Contractor during the course of construction of the Project. These drawings need not include minor changes in the routing of conduit runs and plumbing lines, the exact order of wiring, receptacles, or lighting fixtures. The As- constructed Record Drawings will be submitted in the format set forth in the Design Guidelines Section 2.

As-constructed Record Drawings. Within sixty (60) Days after construction completion, CONCESSIONAIRE shall furnish to the AUTHORITY one (1) complete set of electronic AutoCAD format Record Drawings and one (1) complete set of either pdf, dwf, or tif files showing the “as-constructed” Tenant Improvements. Record Drawings shall be dated and stamped by the engineer or architect of record. If by the sixtieth (60th) day after construction has been completed CONCESSIONAIRE fails to submit “as-constructed” drawings, CONCESSIONAIRE shall pay penalties in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per Day until such a time when drawings have been submitted.

If closets are of single unit construction (only to be used for the formwork process), not contained within a purpose built ablution block, privacy walls which shield the closet/s from outside view shall be installed. (Privacy walls are not required for purpose built ablution blocks eg ATCO huts)
