Asset Reports. As soon as practicable (but no later than 16 Business Days after the end of each quarter close), a schedule of all Contributed Assets retired, abandoned, sold or otherwise removed from service, together with the original cost and accumulated depreciation thereof. Information indicated by [***] in the text has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a request for Confidential Treatment under Rule 24b-2 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Asset Reports. On the Reporting Date or with such greater frequency as requested by Buyer, Sellers will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan and REO Property performance data, including, without limitation, an Asset Schedule, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge‑off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Mortgage Loans, REO Properties and Rental Properties.
Asset Reports. Each Asset Report delivered to the Facility Agent is true, accurate and complete in all material respects as at its respective date.
Asset Reports. (a) The Company must supply to the Lender an asset report in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender, together with such additional information, reports and/or statements as the Lender may require, setting out:
(i) a listing and aging (by invoice date) of all accounts receivable and accounts payable together with applicable sales and payment terms, details of outstanding balances due from all account debtors (as that term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of California) and the Company's worksheet for applicable reserves;
(ii) a reconciliation of the aging referred to in paragraph (i) above with the previous aging delivered to the Lender;
(iii) a listing of all the Company's inventory (as that term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of California) setting out types, locations and values (calculated in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles); and
(iv) details of reserves for obsolete inventory and the Company's applicable worksheet.
(b) The asset report referred to in paragraph (a) above must be supplied within 15 days after the end of each calendar month.
Asset Reports. (a) Beginning with the quarter ended March 2020, deliver to the Administrative Agent (and the Administrative Agent shall thereafter deliver to each Lender), as soon as available and in any event no later than five Business Days after the end of each quarter, a completed list of all Properties held by the Loan Parties and their Subsidiaries as of the end of such quarter, signed on behalf of BSPRT by a Principal Financial Officer substantially in the form of Exhibit H.
(a) Beginning with the month ended February 2020, deliver to the Administrative Agent (and the Administrative Agent shall thereafter deliver to each Lender), as soon as available and in any event no later than five Business Days after the end of each month, a certification signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower (and in respect of clause (iv) and (v) below, by a Principal Financial Officer of the applicable Guarantor(s) or Borrower Subsidiary) certifying (i) the aggregate borrowings of Loans that occurred during such month and that have occurred as of the end of such month, (ii) the use of proceeds of each such Loan setting forth in reasonable detail (x) the pool of assets funded by such proceeds and the purchase price of each asset therein, or (y) the corporate purposes for which such proceeds were utilized, (iii) the amount of Permitted Indebtedness relating to warehouse financings or securitizations utilized by each Loan Party and each Subsidiary of a Loan Party, and the applicable advance rate on each asset in the related warehouse or securitization, (iv) the Permitted Guarantees in effect as of the last day of such month, in substantially the same form as Schedule 2 hereto, including in respect of each Permitted Payment Guarantee, the maximum dollar amount guaranteed thereby (excluding ordinary course fees, expenses and indemnities), (v) the Recourse Indebtedness in effect as of the last day of such month, in substantially the same form as Schedule 3 hereto, indicating whether such Recourse Indebtedness constitutes Permitted Recourse Indebtedness and the Maximum Exposure Amount of such Recourse Indebtedness, and demonstrating in reasonable detail compliance with each of the provisions of Section 6.1(e), including, without limitation, the assets of each Borrower Subsidiary and of BSPRT on a consolidated basis, and (vi) such other information as reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent from time to time, including in respect of any Subsidiary of the Loan Parties.
Asset Reports. Sellers will furnish to Buyer monthly electronic Mortgage Loan and REO Property performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports).
Asset Reports. Monthly, or with such greater frequency as requested by the Buyer, the Seller will furnish to Buyer Subject Securities performance data in the form of Exhibit F hereto, including, without limitation, (i) trustee reports for the Subject Securities, (ii) CMSLP-prepared reports: (a) CMBS monthly performance reports, (b) assets under review (AUR) reports, (c) monetary defaults added to special servicing, (d) schedule of realized losses and appraisal reduction events, and (e) corrected loan report; and (iii) such other reports as may be reasonably requested by the Buyer from time to time. Monthly, the Sellers will furnish to Buyer information describing any other event, circumstance or condition that has resulted, or has a possibility of resulting, in the Sellers' good faith discretion, in a Material Adverse Effect.
Asset Reports. The Seller will furnish to the Buyer monthly electronic Purchased Asset performance data, including, without limitation, delinquency reports, pool analytic reports and static pool reports (i.e., delinquency, foreclosure and net charge-off reports) and monthly stratification reports summarizing the characteristics of the Purchased Assets.
Asset Reports. On or prior to the 15th calendar day or next Business Day of each month, the Servicer shall prepare and forward to the Deal Agent for the Purchaser, an Asset Report, indicating the status of the Purchased Assets as of the close of business of the Servicer on the last day of the immediately preceding month, together with such attachments as may be required by the Deal Agent thereunder, and setting forth, among other things, the payments made on the immediately preceding Yield Payment Date.
Asset Reports. The Manager shall render the following reports to the Members:
