Loan Report definition

Loan Report means a quarterly loan level disclosure report in the form published as of the date of this Agreement on the website hxxxx://xxx-xxx.xxxxxx.xx/xxxxx-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:L:2020:289:FULL&from=EN as Annex IV (or, to the extent agreed with the Agent (as instructed by the EU/UK Institutional Investor Lenders), any updated form published by the ESMA and/or as otherwise required under the EU Securitisation Regulation by any applicable Competent Authority from time to time).
Loan Report means a report of the Calculation Agent in the form agreed to separately in writing between the Administrative Agent and the Calculation Agent (or, at any time that the same Person acts as Administrative Agent and Calculation Agent, any form provided by the Calculation Agent at such time) setting forth the results of any applicable calculations required in connection with a Borrowing Request with respect to a Loan.
Loan Report means a quarterly loan level disclosure report in the form published as of the Fourth Amendment Effective Date on the website xxxxx://xxx-xxx.xxxxxx.xx/legal-content/EN/TXT/PDF/?uri=OJ:L:2020:289:FULL &from=EN as Annex IV (or, to the extent agreed between the Collateral Manager, on behalf of the Designated Reporting Entity, and the Agent (as instructed by the EU/UK Institutional Investor Lenders), any updated form published by the ESMA and/or as otherwise required under the EU Securitisation Regulation by any applicable Competent Authority from time to time).

More Definitions of Loan Report

Loan Report means the ongoing quarterly portfolio level disclosure reports required under Article 7(1)(a) of the Securitisation Regulation and the Article 7 Technical Standards applicable thereto (as such reports may be amended and/or simplified from time to time).

  • Collateral Report means any certificate (including any Borrowing Base Certificate), report or other document delivered by any Grantor to the Administrative Agent or any Lender with respect to the Collateral pursuant to any Loan Document.

  • Operating Statement Analysis Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Exception Report As defined in the Custodial Agreement.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Borrowing Base Report means a Borrowing Base Report for the Borrower signed by an Authorized Signatory of the Borrower and in substantially the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
